Our vacuum filler system ensures minimal exposure to oxygen, and all bottles are topped up with ArT Wine Preserver®, an argon gas for further protection. We only use glass bottles, which fully protects from oxygen ingress — plastic doesn’t. (Plus the world doesn’t need more plastic!)

Eco-friendly

Reuse the glass bottles, or recycle them. Labels, boxes and inserts are made with a minimum of 75% recycled paper. All other packing material is recyclable too.

Michelle Paris - DipWSET, Sommelier, Fromager

**Wine Educator and Master of Wine Candidate.**
I’m a Certified Sommelier through both the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS); a graduate of the WSET Diploma Program and a Certified WSET Educator; and I hold the Professional Fromager Certificate.
My tasting group discovered the joy of small bottles several years ago when there were only a few of us. After the weekly tasting, we divided the wine into mini bottles so that we could each take some home to revisit a few days later. It worked really well.
Come Covid, we pivoted and instead of meeting in person every week, we took turns buying the wine, divvying it up and delivering it. We have continued to taste 12 wines per week as a group throughout the pandemic.
